Every month I put together a hand-picked list of events happening across New Jersey that are actually worth your time — not the obvious stuff you'd find on a generic calendar, but the things I'd personally tell a friend about. October is one of the best months to do this, because NJ goes all-in on fall festivals, Halloween, live music, and cultural events that people genuinely don't know exist until it's too late to get tickets.
