One is a report on your home with very rough estimate and price range of what your home might sell for. Please note, this is a very rough estimate, since it does not take into account the condition of your home since I have not seen it. But it is based on recent home sales in your area. The RVM (Realtors Valuation Model) gives your home a possible value of $361,490.00 with a 5 star confidence level. The RVM range is between $329k-$394. Please note: This does not mean you home won't sell for less, or more, depending on the condition of your home, and the current market conditions when we put you home on the market.

I also linked up a Sellers disclosure document. At one time this was optional, but now all home seller's in NJ need to fill it out. This document is good for you to take a look at, so you know what the buyer will see, and where there might be some concerns when listing, or for the buyer when negotiating.

I also linked up a Lead Paint Disclosure. This is something that will need to be filled out when we get your listing on the MLS's. Since your home was built before 1978, it is (and has been) required by law.

I also linked up my Sellers Playbook. This gives you tips on how to prepare your home for sale, and some things and repairs you might consider doing (and some that might not be worth doing) to to get the most for your home, in the fastest time.
