Thank you for reaching out to me to help you sell your home.

John, I put some information together on selling your home, and you can download them from the links below.

If I had your address, I would usually run a rough 'sight unseen' Comparative Market Analysis, and send it to you, This would be a very rough estimate, and a range of the possible value of your home. Since I haven't seen your home, it's very hard to give you a sales price, or range, because I don't know the condition, or what upgrades you have done, or might need.

I did link up a Seller's disclosure document, though. At one time this was optional, but now all home sellers in NJ need to fill it out. This document is good for you to take a look at, so you know what the buyer will see, and where there might be some concerns when listing, or for the buyer when negotiating.

I also linked up a Lead Paint Disclosure. This is something that might need to be filled out when we get your listing on the MLS's, if your home was built before 1978. This form is (and has been) required by law.

I also linked up my Sellers Playbook. This gives you tips on how to prepare your home for sale, and some things and repairs you might consider doing (and some that might not be worth doing) to to get the most for your home, in the fastest time.

And lastly, I linked up a fun little document which I call 'Sellopoly'. It just shows you the basic steps we go through during the selling process. Selling your home is a 'process' not an event. But don't worry, I'll be there for you every step of the way!

Lead Paint document

This is a federal document that needs to be filled out.

Sellers disclosure

This document is now mandatory for all home sales in New Jersey.
